When you adopt one of our puppies, you become part of the Grassy Creek Schnauzer family, and we're always here to support you and your new furry companion.
Why the application process?
Our application process is a vital step in ensuring the best match for both our puppies and their future families. It allows us to keep official records for all our puppies and understand the environment they will be joining. We want to know that each puppy is going to a safe, loving, and responsible home. A key part of our agreement is that if at any point a new buyer cannot care for their puppy, they must contact Grassy Creek Schnauzers to surrender the puppy back to us. This commitment helps us ensure the lifelong well-being of every schnauzer we breed.
What to expect next
Once you complete your application and a deposit is paid, your chosen puppy will be ready for pickup at 8 weeks of age. Please note that typically, we do not provide refunds. If the puppy has not been picked up or arrangements made for pickup by the designated time, your deposit may be forfeited. However, if at any time we feel uneasy about a situation, we reserve the right to not sell the dog and will return the full deposit. If your puppy needs to stay with us longer than 8 weeks, weekly charges will apply until the pickup date, as living necessities and vet checks continue. For pickup, we can meet at Little Rock Airport for you to fly back with your puppy, or we can meet halfway. Depending on our schedule, we may also be able to deliver for an additional cost.
